REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

  • After the acceptance of the abstracts, a registration fee must be paid for the presentation of the paper.
  • Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable for any reason.


ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

  • The deadline for abstract submission is November 24, 2024.
  • The content of the abstract must align with the aims and framework of the conference.
  • The paper should be an original work that contributes to science.
  • Abstracts should adequately reflect the purpose, subject, scope, findings, and conclusions of the paper. The title should not be too long. (If it is an applied research, methods and findings should also be included in the abstract.)
  • There should be at least 3 and no more than 6 keywords.
  • The abstract must be consistent with the full paper.
  • The abstract text should be written as a single paragraph without indentation.
  • References should not be used in the abstract text.
  • The abstract should include, in order, the title of the paper, the authors' names and surnames, and the names, cities, and countries of their institutions. The names and surnames of the authors should be centered under the abstract title, with the surname in capital letters. After the surname, a superscript (*) should be used to indicate author information (title, institution, contact information, and Orcid numbers) in the footnote, written in Times New Roman, justified on both sides of the page, in 10-point font with single spacing, and visible only on the first page.
  • The abstract titles should be written in uppercase, centered, 12-point, and bold font. Abstract texts and Keywords should be written in regular font, 11-point, and 1.5 line spacing.
  • Textual references to newspapers, books, magazines, artworks, computer games, mobile applications, and brand names in the text should be written in italics.
  • Abstracts should only be submitted through our conference website. Abstracts sent via fax or mail will not be considered.
  • Abstracts can be written in Turkish or English. Foreign authors may choose to write their abstracts in Turkish.
  • The total word count of the abstracts should be no less than 300 words and no more than 500 words, excluding the title and author names.
  • The abstract should include the purpose, method, findings, discussion, and keywords (at least three) in that order.
  • Abstracts will be evaluated by two different reviewers who are members of the scientific committee and/or experts in the relevant field. Accepted papers will be presented as oral or poster presentations. The evaluation results will be communicated to the authors via email.

 

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  • Poster presentations should be 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height) in size and should be readable from a distance of one meter.
  • Posters should be prepared in English or Turkish.
  • The poster title should be at least 2.5 cm in size. The names of the authors and their institutions should be indicated below the title.
  • Posters will be hung at the specified location at the date and time announced by the organization committee.
  • Authors should be present by their posters for the poster discussion at the specified date, time, and place.

 

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  • Presentations will be made in English and/or Turkish.
  • Presentations should be made in the language in which the paper was written.
  • The duration of presentations is 15 minutes.

 

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

  • Full papers should be no more than 7500 words, and the preparation of the texts should adhere to the writing rules of the 7th edition of the American Psychological Association (APA).
  • The deadline for abstract submission is November 3, 2024.
  • Full papers should be sent to noropazarlamakongresi@uskudaruniversitesi.edu.tr by January 15, 2025.
  • The announcement of the evaluation results is April 15, 2025.
